I'm so excited to announce that I am now a qualified Metabolic Balance Practitioner.

What is Metabolic Balance?

Metabolic Balance is a nutritional plan that focuses on individual dietary needs based on blood values and other health indicators.

Established in 2002 by Dr. Wolf Funfack, a German physician and nutritionist, this program helps people achieve a balanced metabolism and optimal health through personalised nutrition plans.


Current food and eating habits that are considered normal today, are so often not good for most of us. Poor food or simply the wrong food choices, can lead to your body's natural self-regulation becoming highly disrupted and as a result, ill health and weight gain arises. Metabolic Balance focuses solely on metabolic health. When you address the cause and restore balance to the body, metabolism can be reset and natural health restored.


The Nutrition Plan shows you:

  • which foods to eat to provide the right nutrients you need

  • in what quantities these foods should be eaten

  • in which combination foods are best for you

  • when and how to consume these foods

  • how to maintain your new eating habits for long term sustainable success

My Journey

I’ve been very lucky and never gained extra weight until I went through menopause.  I eat well and exercise most days…but still I couldn’t shift those extra kilos. Until, Metabolic Balance.
