Australian Bush Flower Essences
Flower essences are not new, they have been used for thousands of years by the Australian Aboriginals to bring about emotional balance. They were also used by the Ancient Egyptians and were very popular in the Middle ages.
Australian Bush Flower Essences (ABFE) are vibrational patterns of energy derived from Australian bush flowers. You may be familiar with Bach flower essences (blends such as “Rescue Remedy’) based on English plants and shrubs. I use Australian Bush Flower Essences derived from Ian White as I believe they are more relevant to us. Australia has the highest number of flowering plants and are the oldest in the World.
ABFE achieve and release energy patterns by balancing, detoxifying, repairing and rebuilding vibrational imbalances on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
They are very beneficial for helping give clarity, strength, courage and balance to one’s life. They can also help to develop a higher level of intuition, self-esteem, spirituality, creativity and joy.
ABFE can be used by people of all ages. They are very effective for helping children and teenagers achieving emotional balance through trying times.
To use ABFE, simply take 7 drops upon rising and 7 drops before bed.
A custom blend is formulated for the specific needs of each client.
Simply call or email Julie for your individual blend. There is no need for a Naturopathy consult before receiving ABFE. Fee: $20 (25mL)
Herbal Medicine
For thousands of years, Native plants have been used around the world as medicine. It is one of the oldest and most widely used systems of medicine in use today.

Herbal medicine refers to the use of a plant’s seeds, berries, roots, leaves, bark or flowers for medicinal purposes. It can be used for helping treat many conditions and complaints. Some of which can include: reproductive, digestion, respiratory, immune, circulatory, endocrine and the nervous system. It can also be used to aid with detoxification and can be used topically to help heal the skin.

Herbal medicine can either be in a liquid, tablet, capsule or tea form. The advantage of liquid herbs is that an individualised herbal prescription can be formulated to meet the health needs of each person. This can then be altered over time if required.

Herbal medicine is best taken under the guidance of a Naturopath or Herbalist, after a full health history is taken and with the knowledge of any prescription medications or supplements.

I personally love using herbal medicine and have seen its effectiveness in the treatment of various conditions. When professionally prescribed they are safe, effective and supportive to your individual health needs.
Nutritional Supplementation
There are times when nutritional support is required. This involves the use of vitamins, minerals and other key nutrients to support good health, as well as prevent or treat illness.
While many nutritional supplements are effective in improving health, it is important that over the long term it is necessary to develop a positive mental attitude, undertake regular exercise as well as a healthy, whole food diet.
Dietary & Lifestyle Advice
