I love dips and this is one of our family favourites.
It's healthy, easy and super delicious!
Ingredients
2 - 3 ripe avocados
1 bunch coriander leaves removed, washed and dried, roughly chopped
1 medium tomato diced
1/2 red onion finely diced
juice of 1/2 lime
salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce - a few drops (if you like a little chilli)
Method
Halve, remove seed and mash flesh of avocados with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add your desired salt and pepper plus Tabasco.
Serve with corn chips, vegetable sticks and enjoy.
