Mon's Guocomole Recipe

I love dips and this is one of our family favourites.

It's healthy, easy and super delicious!



Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 ripe avocados

  • 1 bunch coriander leaves removed, washed and dried, roughly chopped

  • 1 medium tomato diced

  • 1/2 red onion finely diced

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • salt and pepper

  • Tabasco sauce - a few drops (if you like a little chilli)


Method


Halve, remove seed and mash flesh of avocados with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add your desired salt and pepper plus Tabasco.

Serve with corn chips, vegetable sticks and enjoy.
