What is Shake It?

The Shake It Practitioner Weight Management Program is an easy to follow, scientifically advanced, weight loss program that has been proven to be both safe and effective.

Shake It is a Practitioner Only program.

The program is tailboard to suit each person's individual needs, provide advice to help overcome obstacles and most importantly, to motivate, troubleshoot and support you.

How Does Shake It Work?

Two healthy, wholefood eating plans to choose from to suit everybody:

The Shake It Program consists of two options:

  • Ketogenic (low carbohydrate, high fat) OR

  • Low Fat (reduced fat, liberal carbohydrates from wholefood sources, e.g. vegetables, fruit, wholegrains). Both dietary options feature adequate protein for satiety, increased thermogenesis (to help fat burning), and to maintain lean muscle mass.

  • Substitute one meal with a protein-rich Shake It Protein Powder, Shake It Soup or Keto Bar.

  • Evidence-based exercise recommendations to help you lose weight and keep it off.

  • Diet ‘breaks’ to help you go the distance.

  • The Shake It products are a range of delicious, convenient meal substitutes (both sweet and savoury) available exclusively from your Practitioner.

  • Weekly meal plan recommendations from the "Shake it" Recipe Book, both easy to prepare and delicious.

  • Healthy, protein rich snacks per day from a recommended snack list

  • Regular Practitioner consultations for support, advice and encouragement.

Shake it is a 3 phase approach to successful and long term weight loss.

  1. Phase One: 6 week Intense Phase which includes 2 wholefood meals from the Recipe Book, plus 2 healthy snacks. Substitute one meal with either a Shake or Keto bar.

  2. Phase Two: 2 week diet breaks cycled with 2 weeks on the diet until goal weight is achieved.

  3. Phase Three: Maintain weight loss.
